Alexander Dawson Ceramics

Alexander Dawson is an artist living and working in the Sutherland Shire on the traditional lands of the Dharawal people. He began working with ceramics at the age of eight and has continued to nurture his passion ever since. In 2025, he completed a Diploma of Ceramics.

Inspired by ancient ceramics, Alexander explores their silhouettes, colours, and textures, drawing on these qualities to inform and shape his own contemporary practice.
